ECS has been commissioned to prepare a Transport Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment data to support an application for approximately 15,000m2 GIA of Class B2 employment use.  The development will predominately serve the fish processing industry in Fleetwood and provide modern facilites to assist with the growth of the industry in the town.

ECS has been commissioned to review the current access and parking strategy in an effort to reduce delay on exit from the park at peak times.  The study will inform an overall review of the Quay and ongoing investment.

ECS have been appointed to prepare a Transport Statement and EIA data to support a mixed development of up to 980 residential units, 4,000m2 GFA Class 4 office and a new primary school on land adjacent to Builyeon Road, South Queensferry.
